The Crawford TPA Solutions segment offers claims and risk management services tailored for self-insured or commercially-insured corporations. This includes virtual claim assessment, thorough claims evaluation, initial incident reporting for affected parties, strategies for reducing losses, and access to crucial risk management data. This segment also administers dedicated funds for claim payouts. Additionally, it provides third-party administration for various products, including workers' compensation, auto and general liability, disability absence and medical management, and accident and health plans. Through its Crawford Platform Solutions segment, the company facilitates insurance services via platforms like Contractor Connection and its broader networks. This encompasses managing losses from both natural catastrophes (such as fires, hailstorms, hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods) and human-caused disasters (like oil spills and chemical releases). This segment also devises tailored solutions for a wide spectrum of loss scenarios, from frequent, straightforward claims to extensive and complex repair projects, and offers outsourced contractor management support to personal and commercial insurance providers, as well as direct consumers. Established in 1941, Crawford & Company maintains its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
