Disruptive Materials Companies derive at least 50% of their revenues from the exploration, mining, production and/or enhancement of one or more of 10 materials categories that include Rare Earth Materials, Lithium, Copper, Carbon Fiber, etc. Stocks not meeting the revenue requirements are considered after review and recognized as Pre-Revenue Disruptive Material
