Founded in 1994, Prosus N.V. has its corporate headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It was formerly known as Myriad International Holdings N.V. until it rebranded to Prosus N.V. in August 2019. The company functions as a subsidiary of Naspers Limited.
