Additionally, it issues debit, credit, prepaid, and gift cards, facilitates investments in mutual funds, bonds, and debentures, and supports payroll, payment, and digital banking requirements. Its corporate banking arm provides credit facilities, financial advisory, and merger & acquisition services. It handles fixed income instrument underwriting, structured finance, and project finance, while also assisting with foreign exchange and interest rate risk management and offering investment strategies. Cash management, comprehensive custodial, and various agency services (including mutual fund supervisory and escrow) are also part of its corporate offerings, alongside international trade remittance and digital banking. Beyond core financial activities, SCB X is involved in office space leasing, hire-purchase and vehicle lending/leasing, research and development, and debt collection. It also ventures into technology solutions, such as a food ordering platform. Established in 1906 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, the company operates through a wide branch network across Thailand and maintains international offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Laos, Vietnam, China, and the Cayman Islands. It was previously known as SCB Holdings Public Company Limited.
