For lending, UniBank provides a diverse array of commercial financing options, such as term loans for commercial real estate, construction funding, general business term loans, equipment financing, business lines of credit, expedited business loans, and professional lines of credit. It also specializes in Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loans. Furthermore, the company offers credit card services and convenient online and mobile banking platforms. Established in 2006, U & I Financial Corp. maintains branch locations in Tacoma, Bellevue, and Federal Way, all within Washington state, and operates a loan production office in Atlanta, Georgia. Its corporate headquarters are located in Lynnwood, Washington.
