By accessing or using the Metal Minute by Stock Intelligence platform (the “Service”), operated by Skillset Solutions FZ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Metal Minute provides a financial data dashboard featuring live precious metals prices, COMEX inventory tracking, stock screening tools, portfolio tracking, and related educational content. The Service is available to paid subscribers through our third-party payment platform, Whop.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. You should always consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. 4. Account & Subscription

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Subscriptions are managed and billed through Whop. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Whop’s terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any data from the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
